P6 Euroquiz
Well done to our P6 Euroquiz team who travelled to Galashiels Academy on Thursday to take part in the annual Borders Euroquiz. Freya, Mia, Poppy and Rudi scored an amazing 45 out of 65 points, finishing in 2nd place out of 16 teams (and only 2 points behind the winners). A huge thanks to Ailsa McNeil for her support in coaching the team in preparation.
RHET Tractor visit
The children helped to support the ongoing work of RHET (Royal Highland Education Trust) who visited our school on Thursday. Accompanied by a huge tractor, the RHET visitors were able to share, albeit briefly, some of the work they do to educate children about food and farming.
