Coldingham Newsletter 27 June 2018

Dear parents, carers and friends,

I would like to extend my thanks and good wishes to you all as we come to the end of this school year. It has been another busy time with lots of exciting and interesting learning opportunities for your children. The staff at the school work so hard to make each and every day a positive experience for the pupils and I want to thank them all for their commitment, effort and passion.

Our Primary 7s are leaving us but their adventure continues as the start High School in August. We are so proud of every single one of them and we wish them our best.

This will be my last newsletter as Headteacher of Coldingham Primary School. I have enjoyed my time in the post and have valued the opportunity to lead this school. We’ve come through some bumps along the way but I feel confident that the school is in a good place to move forward with a new Headteacher. Thank you for your support and encouragement over the past 3 years. I ask you to extend the same kindness to the new Headteacher, Mrs Wharton, as she takes up post in August.

Have a fantastic summer holiday, whatever you do and wherever you go.

Mr James Bewsey

Proud Headteacher of Coldingham Primary School

IMPORTANT REMINDER: Tuesday 21st August = Kids back to school
